Accredited Testing Laboratory No. 1647

At the Department of Control and Instrumentation there is a workplace ZL1 - Testing laboratory of external influences, which belongs to the accredited testing laboratory No. 1647.

Main activities

Workplace ZL1 offer:

  • Temperature and climate tests (from -70 °C to +180 °C and humidity tests with control from 10% to 95%)
  • Vibration tests (sinusoidal, random, time history, shock tests, seismic tests)
  • Combined tests (Vibration tests combined with climatic effects)

Temperature and climate tests

We perform temperature tests in the range of -70 °C to +180 °C and climate tests combining temperature and humidity (in the range of 10% to 95%).

Temperature chamber CTS-65/50

  • Internal test chamber volume: 50 l
  • Temperature range: -65°C to +180°C
  • Temperature change rate: 6 K/min (heating) and 4 K/min (cooling) according to IEC 60068-3

 

Vibration tests

We perform vibration tests in two axes with the generation of defined mechanical vibrations. Furthermore, impact tests are performed, where the test sample is subjected to sudden shocks, which may occur, for example, during transport or handling of the sample.
